Eligible item(s) can be returned within 20 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value for purchases made solely through murphyhandbags.com. A murphyhandbags.com order number or proof of purchase is required for every return.
Please use the original packaging to return the goods. If original packaging is not an option, do not fold, bend, roll, etc. the item/s to accommodate a smaller box. If damage occurs to the product during return transit, the item will be returned to the customer and a credit will not be issued.
Murphy Handbags are made from the finest selection of high quality, superior craftsmanship, durability, and innovation. Our unique designs complement the natural markings, tone variations, and character of each hide and other non-hide products. Leather is an entirely natural product; don't expect the uniformity of man-made materials from it. Slight imperfections such as scratches, scars, wrinkles, and natural color variations should not be considered defects but rather part of the character and beauty of natural fine leather.
Freight charges are nonrefundable. For orders shipped with free freight offers, the original cost of the shipping charge will be deducted from any non-defective return.
How to return your purchase:
Please use the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the home page with your return request. A return authorization will be emailed to you within 24 hours (by the end of the day on Monday if a claim is submitted over the weekend).
Step 1: A Return Authorization number must be requested for any return, repair, or replacement. When an item is returned without this authorization number, credit, repair, or replacement cannot be guaranteed and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Step 2: Murphy Handbags will not be responsible for returns made without prior authorization, regardless of whether proof of delivery is provided.
Step 3: Used goods are NOT RETURNABLE and will be returned to the customer. Murphy Handbags will not accept used goods for any reason other than the manufacturer’s defect and this must be done within 20 days from the order date.
Upon inspection after receiving the return to Murphy Handbags LLC, credit will be given for the full amount of the item(s).
